Narc That Car is a MLM that asks its representatives to collect license numbers to file into a database. Now, the idea is great, seeing that the AMBER alerts and such can be greatly enhanced if they knew where a car was. The problem is that rumors got around to the Texas DMV that they were ’selling’ license numbers. Well of course the DMV said No that is not the case. Well that opens a whole new can of worms, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
