Looking for THE BEST TEAM/SPONSOR???
Is this you? Really? c’mon, really?
Oh my,my,my.
Gather round the fire and let me tell you a story.
This has really become a such sore spot that I have to force myself to ignore the very ones I want to help and coach.
When I call on a lead that chose to subscribe to my training newsletter,
I ultimately get the question: “Who’s team are you on?” “Who’s group are you in?”
AARG! I want to scream! What does it matter?
I am very tempted to let them have it but I have learned that if I keep my head they ultimately will see the light, that it did NOT matter what team a leader is in, just that leader can LEAD!
I learned a sobering thing at a meeting recently that I share with you now:
Most BIG FAST-growing ICONS of a new opportunity get there because they were asked to come in by the respective company.
Why?
The company leaders know that they need to get action and momentum and these ICONS know who to call to get sign-ups on just a word.
Because momentum creates momentum.
Everyone sees them gaining fast and want in on the action.
In my primary income stream, I did not choose my upline. I responded to an email ad and did my homework on the COMPANY, (not the messenger sending the the message). I was hesitant. It made sense and I signed up because I saw I COULD BE SUCCESSFUL not be a shadow of an icon who doesn’t talk to the people that put them there, the downline.
Now with the help of a select few, Ty Neal included, I am cleaning up and STILL TALKING to my downline, and building by leaps and bounds.
I want to sponsor more ME’s.
Question: Would you sponsor YOU, knowing what you now know? Be honest with yourself. Be the person YOU WANT TO SPONSOR and your downline will reflect that.
