Just like the simple 5-step process that Adam Chandler and Jordan Schultz explained in this post on on Jordan’s’ blog. Jordan, Adam and myself are also MyLeadSystemPro members and they are just exuding the awesome training they have consumed. I recommend it to anyone to get a good foundation for sponsoring on them! Jordan goes on to explain that this is how he was able to sponsor 7 reps in 17 days.
Boiled down, to sponsor a rep comes to this:
Step 1: Ask people if they’re open to making money outside of what they’re currently doing…
Step 2: If they are, get them to a great presentation for your company, and schedule a time to follow-up with them…
step 3: Ask them what they liked best about what they saw… and listen to what they say. What they say right here are their triggers that will get them to join you.
step 4: Say “It sounds to me like you’re ready to get started” and BE QUIET
Step 5: Walk them through the signup process
BAM! right between the eyes!
That’s it, my friend! How simple is that? Do you think you can do that to sponsor as well? I have been using this to a lesser degree in my primary business and it has really worked miracles allowing me to sponsor 3 in the last 3 weeks.
